Do you know where your meat was smoked. Here at Carolina Bar-B-Que Company we have the only own sight, Smoke House in the Outer Banks. Come on by tomorrow and pick yours off the grill.

Beef Brisket Nachos with tajin black beans, smothered in a smoked green chili queso, topped with pico de gallo and a salsa verde drizzle, on a bed of smoked sea salted corn tortillas. Why? Just cause y'all special!!!
